Teaching second half of that class. I hope I prepped enough material for 3 hours. Will be doing some show and tell, but still need to look like a teacher and not ratty plaster lab clothes. Sigh.

Wish I was still sleeping as I stayed up till 2am to finish the powerpoint.

Brownies do not ward off evil.

My "oven" is evil. Forgot that it bakes hotter at the back of it. Should have turned the pan.

Test: Whether putting the pan back in after having a smushy square will work.

Really, the worst that could happen is that I burn them. At this point, I am not surprised.

I got up at 9, played online for a bit, checked bank accounts. Cleaned kitchen and common area's. Took shower. Ventured into the world to hand over apartment papers. Got loonies and quarters for laundry. Got illegal book but could not resist from fave author (was the cheapest of the three that just came out). Came home ( Read more... )

Na'an kinda sorta came out ok. A few did not get puffy, two stuck so horribly to the pan it was sad, and the first two were a bit..."browned" on the top, not burnt but still edible. Note to self: oven not big enough to put two pans in and have them cook the same. Note taken ( Read more... )
