I went to an observatory last night. It was a very clear night. I saw M15, the moon (in breath taking detail), and saturn. I not seen a planet live before. Although there could still have been a slide stuck in the telescope somewhere, this is pretty much my 1st personal proof that all them pictures of saturn on the telly are real. This last week held mad last minute xmas shopping, many drinks with fiends on different occasions. Mad christmas card sending, a pleasant walk around Virginia Water (partially in the dark) and my dad's company's Christmas meal (ie family meal in pub). And now i just have to get around to wrapping the last of the presents, and i'm done.

I'm on holiday - yay.

Now i've just got to work out what i can do in the next two weeks. . . .

But i have a plan! I've borrowed a book form work to read. I know how to live!
