I am intimidated by the amount and type of work that I have to do as a teacher of students with learning disabilities. I am scared that by morning, another of my fish will have bit the dust. One of my new rams is letting me pick him up. Fish are not supposed to do that. He can't swim... This will be 2 in a week! Why am I suddenly turning into the a bad mother? :( He's one of the prettiest ones in the tank!!

Some days, I like to think that I am TOTALLY AWESOME!!

I just ate a tuna salad sandwich (plus mayo) that sat on the counter for 11 hours (I forgot my lunch this morning)... Any bets on whether or not I get food poisoning?
My life right now? SO EXCITING!!

Hmm. I went to a book reading tonight. Not usually my style, but it was fun... It was a friend from work's friend who was reading. He was about our age, reading from a book of non-fiction short stories he'd written about growing up in the valley. The story he read was actually really entertaining.
