Well well, TAFE holidays, I thought I'd be enjoying them alot more than what I am. Staying up late is fun, but during the day I'm bored. Having time to read is exciting, I've just bought Mark Haddon's new book. The word gentleman originally meant something recognisable; one who had a coat of arms and some landed property.  When you called someone "a gentleman" you were not paying him a compliment, but merely stating a fact.  If you said he was not "a gentleman" you were not insulting him, but giving information.  There was no contradiction in saying that ( Read more... )

lonely, lonely night.

Last day of TAFE, hoorah, I've definately earnt a holiday. Was hoping that my glasses would be ready for holiday study, but they aren't so I might spend the next two weeks getting up to no good instead.

Plans to see Jo, hopefully Daniel, and plans to go drinking with my brother, Adam and Russel.
