I don't know how to gauge it anymore, but today was a BAD one, as was yesterday, physically. I actually had to call on tahrea & koshare to pick up my kids for me because at the end of the day, I couldn't feel my legs anymore and came DAMN close to collapsing on my bathroom floor.
