I spent about 6 hours in the basement ironing at work tonight. That is way too much time for me to be alone. I'm left with nothing but the noise of washers and dryers and my own thoughts. Whenever I think too much its never a good thing. I have a lot of regrets lately and a lot of apprehensions about the future. My only relief right now is

... then make it a 6 hr prayer time? or you can break it up -- 3 hrs prayer, 3 hrs singing praise songs. holy smokes (err.. steam?), that would be crazy!

Well, about apprehension... God's really taken care of me in that area recently. I went from panic attacks about moving to seattle to looking forward to it with excitement. It was actually quite a turn around, and I'm grateful for that. So, God can do the same for you as well =)

You are totally right. Everything that has happened with my grandma has shown me just how close God is and all you have to do is call on him. Thanks for the encouragement bro!
