I just got out of jail not too long ago.

Got beat up by a few cops.

Second year in a row that I spent Thanksgiving Eve in jail.

I missed my flight to New Orleans.

I'm eating leftovers for Thanksgiving dinner today. Alone.

Anyone wanna give me a ride to the airport?

Oh yeah, I lost my phone.

I hate the holidays.

maybe you need to stay home on the Thanks and Giving. Jail sucks even on non-holidays...

Yeah, it sucked. I appreciate the love, for sure. Especially when it's from someone you don't know at all and randomly met on the 'net.

But, at the same time I have to realize that my situation today was all my doing. Responsibility needs to be paramount to self pity.

On a good note though, from the afternoon on my day was filled with smiles.

But, let's just say I was drunk and had a misunderstanding at a show. What started out minor turned major when I didn't appreciate the bouncers grabbing and shoving me, so I punched some faces. Later I felt the same way when the police did the same thing. I spent the night in jail, got a public intox ticket (luckily, since it could've been worse) and missed my flight. I fly out tomorrow though, so no major harm done. I'm just scratched and bruised, and a bit embarrassed.
