Noah being wary of giving the Mayer name to the baby is completely in character. He always struggled to come to terms with the kind of man his father was, and the fear that the his father's evil could somehow be within him. It stands to reason he'd want his child as separated from the Colonel as possible.

Luke making Noah see the positive that could come from this - that Noah and their child can make the Mayer name count for something good - is absolutely what he'd do. Luke always tried to make Noah see that he's nothing like his father, no matter their blood ties. And somehow, I don't think Noah will be disappointed that it's a boy...

What makes your writing stand out is that it's never the same or predictable. You can move back and forth from schmoopfests to angstfic with no problems, and that's not easy. And you never let yourself be constrained by convention. As much as I hate to admit it (because it's much more fun to give you shit) - awesome job, dear.

Luciano/Luke...but most of all this baby has the right name - Lucky. Lucky to have three wonderful parents not to mention numerous relations on hand and friends to help out! Absolutely loved this so much and the artwork...OMG...amazing!

You rock dialogue Arsena and this is one of my all times fav's of yours. Just love them all waiting for that one special person who will change all their lives and bringing so much love to it!

Smiling the whole time I read this.... Noah saying "He doesn’t know how not to be emotional" about Luke made me laugh out loud. You captured Luke and Noah's love and Jade's "fierce attitude" perfectly. I only have three other words to add: Lucky is adorable!!
