You aren't restricting yourself to a Raleigh job if you sign a year lease. It'd only be temporary, and if you wanted, you could probably squeak by at IBM until the lease ends. Might be a nice break between college and the salary-life.

I signed the 4 month lease. it'll cost me an extra $250 total or something like that. It's worth it to have the flexibility to choose a job anywhere.
