Well, as readers know, I can't leave for Pennsic until Friday. However, there may be a silver lining to this.

You see, my parents and lumric will already be in Watkins Glen, NY for the race. It's slightly off the main routes, but it would give me a layover point between here and Pennsic if I decide to leave right after work Friday ( Read more... )

Well, it looks like I now can't leave until Friday night due to work constraints.

Phoey, I was looking forward to leaving sooner. Ah well, at least I now won't have to deal with rush hour traffic around Buffalo.

Oh, and another thing, now Youk is hurt... can this season be any more lost?

OK, so we have no truly healthy outfielders, one healthy infielder, and now no healthy catchers?

Oh, and 2/5 of our rotation is hurt and 1 reliever is out too and another has been terrible this year?

How has this team done it? We'll see how the next month or so goes, but suddenly I'm not expecting good things...
