That looks really good. I've only recently developed a taste for spinach, but I like it cooked in things like pizza or crepes.

my room mate came home just as I finished it and was like, "hey that looks good!" and I told her I'd made it from scratch and that I'd let her have some if it was any good.

Right now, she's helping herself and says that it tastes better than the store-bought stuff <3

That made my evening!

That looks fabulous, Jess! Mushrooms + feta + spinach = WIN! <3 I am fascinated by the yeast free crust! I think I shall have to try this one over the weekend (assuming I can find a pan for it, my baking sheet inventory is sad and pathetic).

Thanks for sharing the food love. I have been in major food geek mode the past week.

Yay for food geekness! I made veggie burgers too, but since I've posted that before (and I don't quite have a recipe for it other than veggies + eggs + flour I held off posting it again.
