I'm so sad that you didn't like to Golden Compass! I was so excited and my friend and I are going to see it next week. Although I should know by now not to get my hopes up when movies are being made out of books, because they almost never do the job I think they should. I mean, after the job they did with Ella Enchanted I almost lost faith completely. *sigh*
