I have already begun by detoxing my house. I never even realised I had that much crap stored in places! I want to be able to enter 2010 with a perfectly clean flat, and a new attitude about myself.

153 Last night but i know i will have gained. I ended up b/p last night. 2000+ cals but i purged a lot so got half up.
Hopefully will be working tomorrow so i can burn off more flab, maybe sunday if i can get it.

Threw away the last biof my cereal bar coz someone said it would make me fat. Total cals so far = 270 including all the cups of tea. Will bring earl grey tomorrow coz i can have that black. lost 5 lbs since last wednesday. Gonna weight when i finish work. Also need to update my daily plate for today and yesterday. Had 270 cals if that. Really not hungry but im allowing 400 for my tea. I know 700 cals is high but im getting a deficit of 1500 everyday. Need to weigh myself tonight. Will update later xx

Doing well today. Had 870 calories all day. Its sorta high because I have a job in a factory now so I end up burning off a ton of calories. According to daily plate, so long as I stay below 1000 cals a day I will lose 3 lbs a week. Down by 4 lbs at the moment and it is staying off.
