Yep--you inspired me. I was keeping a list in a little book last year, but I packed up the book in May to move back to Wisconsin and have no idea what happened to it. Probably in the bins that are still unpacked. But you can't lose the internet! Well, unless of course something horrid goes wrong, but I'm assuming this stuff wouldn't be a priority at that point.

ooh did you like it? have you read snow crash?

I'm actually about halfway through and like it a lot so far. Haven't read snow crash but have read Cryptonomicon and the Baroque Cycle. I like his style--always quick reads for me, even when they're too massive for words.

have hungrily read Cryptonomicon, The Diamond Age, Quicksilver and am in the middle of The Confusion. Damn this man's writing is addictive. Still have to hit the much talked about Snow Crash, though.
