Strange Symbol...A very short video.

About two weeks ago I posted about a strange symbol which had been 'drawn' into the pile of my sister's sitting room carpet

I think I'd take up the carpet, carry it outside, and see if the symbol shows up outside the house, or on the floor. I can't think of any reason such a thing should happen at all, but if something were put on the carpet in such a way that it goofed up the fibers and they now bend in that direction... well, it'd be a mechanical explanation.

If the pattern showed up on the floor? I'd call a ghost hunter, a psychic, and an engineer.

That was what I was going to suggest. Is it something under the carpet/in the weave?

When you say 'drawn' is it the type of thing you can achieve by scratching against the nap of a carpet to make a set of fibres stand up in the wrong direction?

Does it only show up when the light is in a specific direction, or by artificial light, or if a specific lamp is lit?

It's weird sure enough but I'm not sure it's weird enough to call in your local Chris Gatrell. The cure might be scarier than the symptom.

This is Ben and I am wondering if you have made the transition to Facebook.
