It seems that, if the bones recently found in Leicester prove to be those of Richard 111, he will be buried in Leicester Cathedral. And that's entirely fitting I think, even though I would have liked it to be York, as that is where he died (well, in Leicestershire anyway) and where he fought for his crown and his country. Apparently the ships in Ipswich at the moment are Dutch and they visit every year. The ship pictured is The Artemis and she arrived yesterday. I have no idea if she is the one I saw but I'd love to see her in full sail. What a magnificent sight.

I just saw this floating up (or down) the river Orwell as I stepped out side the house just now. I've no idea who she is or where she's going. But I was so excited to see her. It's not something you expect to see while chucking the rubbish out.

Shame I couldn't see any dishy guys in 18th century Naval uniform on board though.
