Trip to the Hospital

I mentioned on Monday that Jessie had a stomach virus.  Well, I took off from work and we went to the Dr. that day.  He said to keep her hydrated, watch for wet diapers and feed her bland food when she's ready to eat and keep her off dairy.  Dr said the second part of the virus was diarrhea, which she got on Wednesday.

WORD!! I would be so mad!! I sure hope she's better soon! (Any chance DH will catch the bug and you can feed the eggs to HIM? LOL...

You're doing great work with the ST. I bet she will sleep really well next week, all tired out from being sick.

If DH gets the virus, he's getting big heaping plates full of undercooked eggs! He did appologize for this morning (when he woke up at 9:00am). He said he thought he was being supportive by getting up with me... um...ok... I woke up ever night and sat in her room for 2 weeks and he didn't get up with me. But at least he realized and said he was sorry.

Thanks about the STing. I hope you're right and she sleeps well next week!

Oh girl! What a week! I am so sorry. I hope she's feeling better. Yeah, dh's can be SUCH a help in times like that, can't they? Sometimes I wonder WTF runs through dh's mind??? ((hugs)) I hope you were able to catch up on some much needed rest this weekend. :)

Oh no! I'm sorry she was so sick. How scary. Hope she's doing much better today. And you, too. You must be exhausted.

He'll learn. I'm impressed he even got up to try to help, that's more than most of them will do at that time of day. But they need to remember to LISTEN, especially to a tired Mommy who says "Don't come in!" Grr..

Problem is I ahve researched the method I'm using up the ying yang and I didn't appreciate him coming in and saying he was going to pick her up. Grrrr!
