I hate filing unemployment. Well, I wouldn't if I were able to do it online, but it seems I always have to call in. And it is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to get through in California. So Rufus has been sneezing kinda frequently lately...well maybe not more often than usual, but I'm home all the time now, so I hear it a lot. And whenever he sneezes I say "bless you, baby cat." So...last night Ross and I were sitting on the couch watching tv. Ross sneezes and I say "bless you, baby cat." He laughed at me a lot. I'm ridiculous.

In the Heights has the most Tony noms!! 13!!! There was only one category in which we could have been nominated that we weren't...leading actress in a musical...and Mandy Gonzalez is the only one who could have been nominated for that, and I agree with the nominators on that one. Tonight I made my Broadway debut. Fuck yeah.

So awhile ago I posted about a fantastic job offer I got, and I just realized I never followed up on it. So...the PSM of Most Wanted which I was working on at La Jolla asked me to be a script PA for In the Heights as it opens on Broadway. Which is pretty freaking amazing. It's really strange to pack up what you think you can't live without. We haven't had to evacuate yet, but we're ready to if we have to. Kinda crazy. And we're screwed if it comes this way since we don't have renters' insurance. We'll see...
