sorry i'm replying to this so late, i totally forgot i had commentses.

but yes. go on a train!

in the off season (which i'm pretty sure is october until the end of may) you can get a canrail pass for 500$ (total - with taxes and everything!) and with that pass you get 12 days of travel within a 30 day period. so what we were going to do (until we realised we had a grand total of $0 in our bank accounts, and therefor couldn't afford food or nothing) were gonna go to the east coast after our bc time, cuz it only takes a day and a half and to bc only takes 3 (but they count it as 4 cuz of the times you leave and arrive).

in summation, you can see the entire country for only $500.
