Ahhh Ive had it. My mind is just on overload. Going crazy wayyy to much stuff to do and like noooooooo time to do it!  I worked out at the Y today and my knee felt like it was going to fall off my leg it hurt sooooooooooooooooo bad so I poured a ton of icy-hot cream on it and it sorta helped but not for that long I need more.
