Had a lovely visit with Kurt and Pamela on Christmas. We played games and talked a lot. I think things are taking an upturn for Kurt. :) Makes me feel hopeful.

Well, had my hair cut last week so today I dyed it. I thought it might perk me up a bit, Still waiting..:) Lost another pound last week. I had leveled off so I am increasing my activity. Yep, my cable went down. It may have been a terrorist plot. I called last week maneuvering through voice mail hell until I finally got a put on hold waiting for a "real" person. Went to pick wild flowers today. I had to get out of the house. I had been looking at the Queen Anne's Lace at the side of the roads for weeks now thinking I should pick them. I lost 21/2 pounds! This may be getting old, but I passed a milestone so I'm happy.It's 27 and 1/2 pounds now. Coolhuh? O haven't losthis steadsdally in years.

Well, I've almost finished the first shelving unit. One more cubby hole to go. The middle bottom one was a bitch. I kept pulling paper out of there and it looked like I hadn't touched it. Well, saw the doctor for a physical today. Everything okay. I lost another 3 pounds. That makes it 24 pounds now. A zillion to go, but I am starting to notice a difference.

Another day, another box of fascinating crap I've saved for years. Okay, I still held onto some of it. Magazines are still tough to let go of. I will take another sweep through tomorrow and be more ruthless. Found a manilla envelope crammed with some of my writing. I think I'll check that out when I go to bed tonight.
