I have recently discovered the joy of baking homemade cookies from scratch! They're so much fun to make. I'm actually baking some right now!

It is my goal that by the end of 2007, I will have made cookies for all of my good friends!

I want to thank everyone for their prayers, positive thoughts, and concern regarding my brother. They have found the cause of his internal bleeding, and he is undergoing treatment. Turns out it's actually a common, stress related condition. He’ll be released and home very soon. Thanks so much to everyone again.

I just learned that my brother, Bryan, was admitted into the hospital today, due to some internal bleeding. He’s been given a total of five units of blood so far. They don’t know how serious it is yet.

Yeah, I’m upset and worried. I expected a call about my dad, but not my younger brother.

8 years ago today, a young man named Matthew Shepard died, after six days in a coma. He was beaten, tied to a fence, and left for dead before he was discovered 18 hours later.

Why?

Because he was gay.

Today, a gay man in NYC hang to life in a coma for the same reason.

When will the hate, ignorance, and intolerance end?
