Is love truly powerful? Can it really move mountains? Is it really worth dying for?

Because the 'flesh' seems so much stronger. It often knocks love straight on its ass.

So how does love conquer all? And if love is meant to be this amazing emotion, then why does it kill the heart half the time it envokes it?

oh no! I'm sorry. =( Usually, love isn't worth the trouble it brings.

The more you Love someone the more vulnerable you are to them... creation27 June 15 2006, 20:56:56 UTC
Love hurts for some reason. I don't know why but it seems like it always hurts those who let it put them under it's sway. Perhaps that's what it's supposed to do though?

Jesus example was to Love all without worrying about the consequences, to Love us even though we crucified Him. So following that example, perhaps Love is supposed to hurt as well as feel good.

You can't get to the top of the mountain without getting your hands bloody climbing to the top?

I dunno, Love's hard......

Hugs and snuggles... The truest forms of love never change. The parent go without for their child. Friends who would give you the shirt off their back. All the people who hear and see your pain and respond in hopes of soothing you for just a second is love. Nothing hurts more than losing love, or watching them move on.Carmen's gonna be a dad, still with his girlfriend and I dont like it and I cant change it but i still think of things like prom and smile.Even when a love ends and moves on, we can still find joy in the moments past. Romantic love...its never easy and simple, or it wouldnt be worth it. What else can so entice a broken heart to try again but love. Flesh is easy but bring fleeting happiness and no matter who claims its the good life, we all cry out for love. Love is all, the mundane and the magic, the laughter and the tears that fall...all is love. Hope you feel better.

I love you, Angela!
