I am not a big Rilo Kiley fan. Brooklyn Vegan gave their new album such a poor (and funny) review it was like when someone says "ew" and you have to look at what they are talking about... boy was BV right. It's kind of trying to be a lounge Feist and ends up as elevator music. -

I saw the paparazzi hovering on my way into the office and now the screams of fans are coming from the street.
I have a desk by the window which at home would mean seeing trees perhaps a squirrel... here in NY.... the fans of anyone who is doing a release and signing at FYE. -

Yesterday I had a rough subway day. Too many people plus a crazy lady telling me "TOO CLOSE! TOOCLOSE! STEP ON TOE! OW! OW!"
Luckily, Elly turned me around from my i-can't-stand-ny attitude with the Grand Central Station Oyster Bar Herring Festival :)
