I think scarfs don't count... they can't walk away like socks, right?

i'm totally knitting my hairs into something.
EW god, that's really sick.
it reminds me that this girl in seventh grade told me that if you could get a lock of a boys hair, and you held on to it, he would always have a place in his heart for you. How do you think I got so into cutting hair? HA HA.
And, how does one NOT stab a ball of yarn with needles?

If you knit something for your boyfriend with your hair in it do the bad and good vibes cancel eachother out?

Did that girl in the 7th grade ever get a lock of a boy's hair?!

chopsticks! That's so cute :) Do you use those metal Korean ones or the wood kind? I bet the metal ones would be good with really small yarn for teeny stitches...

My mom was a crochet-er so I didn't come to knitting till I was out college.

i use the metal korean ones because they're easier to slide the yarn off...and they are fantastic for teeny stitches. i'll have to show you the stitches on aaron's scarf sometime.

my mom's a crochet-er too and tried to teach me to crochet a million times but it just never stuck. figures
