Ran a 5k today (~3 miles). My dad ran it in 23:20 something and I ran it in 26:34. The best guy in my age group ran the race in 17 minutes, that's rediculous. I probably wouldn't have made it if I wasn't following this hot chick...

Right now my body is telling me "Don't fucking do that to me again." Time to go hurt. Manson in two days. Oh man.
