wow it's been a long time. Natalie is now over 3 months old and is 14lbs and 3oz so she's more then double her birth weight. We are now working on getting her to sleep in her crib and hoping to keep progressing in that area. Other then that I'm now back at school and we moved... so life is crazy.

Things are looking up, we just found out today that the government is going to give us enough money to comfortably live through this semester (much better then the $200 a month they were trying to get us to do), and even move. We decided to move as soon as we found out our rent would be increasing, since we're packed into here pretty tightly and ( Read more... )

Natalie is constantly changing and growing. We got her weighed yesterday and she's now 8lb and 12oz, and she started at 6lb and 15oz, which I think is a lot to gain in just 3 1/2 weeks, but it makes sense since I lost so much weight during pregnancy and really only went up in baby weight so she was pretty skinny at birth. Hey by now I'm sure you heard that Mike and I finally had our baby. (Isn't she adorable) It's crazy to think that she's been here over 1 week, but it's also hard to imagine life without her. Last night I had contractions that were 5 minutes (or less) apart for over 5 hours just to be sent home from the hospital... talk about frustrating. So unfortunately baby is still hiding. Well I should have this baby regardless in about a week and a half at the latest, and we're getting the internet so I'll try to keep everyone posted.

Phantom was awesome. The scene changes were so smooth even as they happened right before your eyes, and the scene under the opera house where they were on a lake was amazingly done. It was amazing... and the kind of drama I always dreamed of doing ( Read more... )

I'm so excited in one week and one day we are going to see The Phantom of the Opera live and with 2 of our really close friends who we haven't seen in a while. It's my first live Opera so I'm sure it'll be a blast. Wow it's been a long time since I've been on here. Life's continuing pretty normal, and pregnancy continues to progress. I've now had 2 false alarms which have kept us on our toes and forced me to slow down. Also my feet now puff up if I'm standing or sitting for too long... I'm back in Magrath and attending lots of weddings, it seems like many of the girls in my grade decided to get married in just a couple of weeks. It seems crazy and I claim they're too young... but then I realize that I've been married for almost nine months and I'm their age... so I guess it's alright.
