Friday morning I weighed in at 113.8 pounds. Awesome. Doubly awesome when one considers I enjoyed several pints of Boulevard Irish or Scottish Ale while walking about and enjoying North Texas Irish Fest the weekend before. 114.8 as of Friday. woohoo! I know. I am whooping over two-tenths of a pound. But as of right now, I weigh less than I did a year ago. I hit that goal despite some slip ups. You know there has got to be a better place for hydrators so you can actually see the healthy fruit and veggie choices first thing when you open the fridge door.

This morning I weigh 115. It's a small loss, but a loss just the same. For some reason I can now drink coffee black, no sugar, no soymilk. Yay, Dean's Beans! Exercise went better this week, except for yesterday. Hip only hurts when the bruise is touched, so that is good. Time to get ready to take Emmy to school!!

Well, I did not lose weight this week. I did not gain, either. humph! Last weekend we found the Sketcher shape up shoes at Costco for a good deal less than they were at Macy's, so Travis bought me a pair. 115.4 pounds. lost half a pound. Not bad. Still eating healthy and whatnot. Did get some exercise. Happy Celebration of My Husband's Progeny Day today.

I did well last night. Dinner was only 433 calories, so it was not a big deal to have a 150 calorie dessert a couple of hours later. I had breakfast this morning - grapefruit half with brown sugar and coffee. I had second breakfast at 8:30. I exercised. ettiquette has certainly changed in the past 23 years. I don't agree with it in the least. there are just some things the bride and groom should still be responsible for, imo, but then again, I also still believe in doing the hand test for anything white or light colored. I am feeling irritable despite losing the pound for the week. I don't like Travis's brother's fiance. Hands down. I do not like her. There are very few people I flat out don't like in this world.
