As most of you have probably already heard, Michelle and I unofficially have a house now. We made a bid on a single family home in Sterling at Sugarland Run last Saturday. After some counter offers and re-counters we finally reached an agreement. Now we have to wait for the bank that owns the house to forward us all the correct paperwork to sign ( Read more... )

What you are looking for is called a "Civil Celebrant". We used Suzanne Fox, she was very friendly, very affordable and would travel to anywhere in the metro area. Y

You can get married at the Courthouse, we opted to do a ceremony at Billy's mom's house. Suzanne is awesome at taking you through the process and can tell you all the other stuff that goes with the good ole mawwiage thing :)

Awesome! Thanks for the info. Its good to know we're not the only people that are going with "Civil Celebrants". Traditional weddings are so damned expensive. We'd much rather invest in our house.
