Scout used to belong to this lady Ellen, Ellen could no longer care for Scout, Scout came here. He lived between my house and my neighbors (2 doors down), He slept most nights in her stable, spent the rest of the morning, da and night here, if not all night. Scout was *my* baby, my horse...my buddy. He was my first horse love

That is absolutely awful. I can't believe they couldn't take a minute to call you and let you know what was going on. What a bunch of jerks... I wish there was a legal way you could get back at them for doing this.

I can understand the vet not calling IF he was called out or told to do so by the "guardians"...but the guardians should have wel damned notified you the second they made that decision for you....

Yeah, can you believe it? I told them so, so many times that I was only willing to put him there if he would NOT be put down. He could have gone other places. Like a jackass I thought Ellen would enjoy having him there

It's is wrong and sad and just pathetic!
The vet just did what vets do...legally the vet followed potocal...they held his papers which my sister told me to get and I didn't. sad, just sad. :(
