well, i had liability only on my car, seeing as how i lived in a town w/ 100k + people and the surrounding area and wasn't expecting to crash my car in a town of only 36k. so, that means no moolah for miss mellie from the insurance company. but i am going to sue the girl - civially she is responsible for that, or so the lawyer i consulted with says.
