I wonder if I could make something like this.

I see many advantages to going swimming these days, for example:

• My boyfriend wants me to exercise
  
• I want me to exercise
  
• It's relaxing, and I'm easily stressed
  
• It gets me away from my office
  
• It's cheaper than el cheapo coffee
  
• It makes me feel as cheerful as though I've had a coffee, for longer
  
• There are no surges of unreasonable anxiety afterwards
