It's like 6 degrees of separation...What you are looking at are your friend's, friends. If a bunch of your friends have the same friend then that person will appear at the top of the list...and it will go down from there! Does that make sense? I actually just went to a couple of the people at the top if my list and asked to be friended by them...I’ve "seen" them around posting in journals, but I had never taken the time to go to their journal until now! (my guess is it's a way for us to "meet" more people!)
