I tried to go to work Sunday, but it just wasn't meant to be...at least the working part.  Before I left to go to work I noticed my hands shaking uncontrollably.  When I got to work, I was extremely dizzy, sweating, short of breath, and with minor pains in the chest.  I clocked in, only to return to the break room, trying to get it together.  I
