Baking triumph!

For a number of years now, I've baked. Cakes, cookies, candies, you name it, but never any french desserts. One time, a few Flipsides back, Odwally asked if I could make a Gateaux St Honore, the gateaux (cake) named after the patron saint of bakers. I didn't even know what this was back then, having never experienced french desserts

Those cherry tarts were mighty super damn freakin' ultramega crazy tasty. All other edible things in the world pales by comparison.
