So, I forgot to mention that I'm going to be moving about 5 miles down the road to a house. My grandfather just finished remodeling/rebuilding a home (so its BRAND NEW!) and I'm going to be renting from him. Its $450/mo and comes with two bedrooms and two baths, a full living room, a full kitchen, washer and dryer hookups, etc. Its pretty nice

That's really nice that you'll be so close to the family. And that's a really good rent price. I don't think there's any apartments, let alone houses around here for less than 7 or 800 a month. I'm saving up for a house but it'll be at least another year and a half - maybe more. I seem to have a problem with money staying in the bank. Oh well. Say hi to everyone for me?
