Its not even management. It was Jimmydark's management, after the manager didn't give him the promotion he'd been promised for the last year because when the position did finally open up, the manager heard from one of the other employees about how I was jobhunting. my finances are all messed up as well. :( it doesn't seem legal that the manager could pass jimmydark over like that.

Yeah, but the court case to prove it would probably take longer than we've got in this state. T-6 months and counting...
