My turn to piss everyone off

This whole gas price thing is getting to me. I'm not rich, so it's hitting me too, but that's life. My dad drill oil for a living, so I've grown up hearing about the business, and how this has been coming for a long time. point being James that the price is not equal to demand. I mean yes, the US is oil hungry, we live off it, but right now the price is much higher than it has to be. It is because of politics that I can't afford to drive myself to work. And I agree, I hope people get alittle more thrifty, or even less likely they care that it hurts the environment. So I am sorry if it bugged you that I posted my little gas thing, but I hope you'll deal.

I'm sorry that you can't afford to drive to work anymore, but there is a lot more to it than politics. National geographic just put out an article on it, and when it comes down to it, fuel only went up about 25%. That's like an extra $5 to $10 a week. If that's going to turn you into a pedestrian, you might need to find different financial situation.
Not bugged by you, just people in general. I'll deal.
