well i finally went to the doctor today to figure out what is wrong with my left ankle. The doctor made an educated guess at the problem and after the examination came to the conclution tha i have achelies tendonitis. Which means that the acheales tendond in my left ankel is tight, sore and enflamed ( Read more... )
