"It's all good..."

Nov 25, 2003 01:24

I started writing and this entry turned out to be incredibly long... with nothing really incredibly important to say. So... I'm going to LJ cut it, and you can read it if you want to. I just didn't want to take up a lot of space with nonsense on anyone's Friends page.

Clicky clicky... for the next great American novel... )

Jiggy...I want to cook for you.

;)

And remember: When two events occur simultaneously pertaining to the same object of inquiry, we must always pay strict attention! (Hopefully I didn't mangle that too much!)

Oh, and I don't know exactly what "elementary school gossip" you're talking about on Thursday, and I don't think I was a part of it, but I'm never sure about these sorts of things, so if I was I beg pardon. Just to be safe. :)

Way to work in ALL the "Twin Peaks" quotes. Haha.

And... nah... don't worry about it. You had nothing to do with what was going on Thursday. It wasn't even really that big of a deal. It wasn't even really "gossip" I guess... it just sort of had that feel of when you're in elementary school - everyone is talking about stuff, and you don't really have control over any of it. It might have even been a good thing, in some ways... but, at the time, it was a little bothersome, because all that stuff makes me want to curl up in a little ball in the corner to hide the fact that my face is turning bright red. I was just sort of explaining why I might have seemed a little... uhhh... overly shy... errrr... something... on Thursday. If you didn't notice, don't worry about it! It's all good...

KIM!!!!!!!! Fancy meeting you here!

I haven't seen you online in FOREVER, but I checked out your user info and noticed that you changed your screen name. So, that would explain why.

How are you?? I see you ended up at Xavier. How is school treating you? I hope all is going well. We're definitely going to have to catch up some time soon. Things are really, really good for me at the moment. I'm back in Indianapolis now... on the south side... and I'm lovin' it. I haven't really kept in touch with anyone from the old CHS theatre days, so I don't know what's happening with anyone... except the kids that I'm at school with now at U of Indy. Let me know if you ever happen to be in town for any reason and we'll have to get together.

Thanks for dropping me a message, and I'll talk to you soon!

Take care and HUGS!!

Damn, I think I enjoyed your entry more than Ulysses (and yours had more plot twists.) Hehe. Please keep the long entries coming, and we'll just see how long it takes to exhaust my knowledge of huge book analogies.
Ah, so many things I could comment on in this entry. In the end, though, I will rely on my unerring telepathy to carry the day, Bela Lagosi-style.
I do have two bits of news.
1. I found my copy of the Twin Peaks Pilot, so if anyone is interested in the awesome origin of the season (Cypress Hill, I'm looking in your direction) we should watch it. Minus the crummy European ending, which I will, of course, disallow with the stop button of the VCR.
2. I have a present for you

"See you in my dreams....."

With an air of sophistication she replies, "Although I have seemingly mastered the art of writing in stream of consciousness, and turning the average unimportant day into an 800 page literary masterpiece... somehow, I do not think I've equaled the controversialism that was James Joyce's novel. I don't foresee my LiveJournal entries being banned by the masses for their obscene nature in the near future ( ... )
