Not only was I dealing with migraine, flare, and severe emotional distress, I broke a personal taboo and bought chocolate. On my way to the building with the vending machine, I twisted my ankle and fell to the sidewalk HARD, scraping my hands, elbow, and knee. Today I feel physically better than I have in a long time. The flare from heck lasted two weeks and one day.

Mentally and emotionally, not so good. I want to go home.

One of my favorite people at work passed away this weekend. We weren't really friends, but friendly, and I hoped we would become better friends in the future. He worked in the IT department. I ate lunch with him a few times in the cafeteria, and we always joked and laughed and talked about geeky stuff.

I am stunned.
