not sleeping sucks :( it makes you all disoriented and blurry. you end up doing things you wouldn't normally >.<
as far as changing what you do, I don't think it matters, so long as you're not letting yourself cool down. your heartbeat generally stays high if you go directly from one to the other. I usually take a book, and use the elliptical withOUT the handlebars that move, for about 45 minutes, then hop on an excercise bike for another 15/30 minutes all sweaty, and you get a slight reprieve in the form of cooldown. :D plus reading helps there's a geeks guide to losing weight somewhere online, and the guy who wrote it says you should do something that will distract you from the actual exercise, because exercise all by itself is BORING. he suggested playing video games :P books for me, though magazines are common, as well as video ipods. in any case. :D have fun in cabo! and RELAX!
