i road my bike about 13 miles. went to kettering to go to the pool with my sister, then road home. the first route i chose was longer and hill-ier (approx 7 miles). today there was a mandatory meeting at work scheduled for 15 minutes. normally the contractors dont have mandatory meetings, but we all lined up in chairs in a conference room. our program lead got up and started talking about one of our co-workers. he announced that she had taken her own life on monday. i felt numb and grasping at every word ( Read more... )

Went to WV this weekend with Jacob. He was in his friend JP's wedding. It was the most unorganized wedding I have even seen, but weirdly enough it all came together and worked out.
