I have to say, I love Wikipedia.org, because even if all of the information isn't always accurate, correct, whatever, it generally gives me the gist of what I'm trying to find out about. Toe update
As the toenail has grown a millimeter or two in the last week since I dropped the bookcase on it, more has been revealed - literally. It seems that when the bookshelf made impact, it cracked the nail right under the cuticle. I'm not sure if the crack spans the entire width of the nail, but the more it grows out, the more it appears to be a full ( Read more... ) -
The Waifs
One of the happiest and most enjoyable musical disocoveries in the last three years has been The Waifs - an independent band from Australia. Their music is catchy, moving, funny, poignant - all the things I've grown to expect from live music. New job
Well, I had my first week of work at the new job and I think I'm going to like it quite a bit. Of course, nothing compares to the life of leisure that I was leading during the two weeks preceding, but such bliss cannot last forever. :) -
