Public transportation is a wave of monotone screams. There is a certain pleasure to be gained from the character of this sameness though. No one gets on a bus and feels in place. It was raining again, which may or may not have had anything to do with him having a bad day. Which is a rather odd phrase as 'may or may not' are really the only two possibilities.
