I'm up and starting to function on a dark Monday morning. I realize that it has been a few years since Will & Grace has been off the air, but I really miss that show, especially on Thursday nights when I'm home alone. It's been a terribly busy last couple of weeks at work, but somehow today I was able to start pulling ahead, knocking about 20 things off my to-do list, listening to long overdue voicemails and just getting caught up in general. After being out sick yesterday I went to work and spent the day attempting to regain some semblance of control over my ever growing to-do list. I took a sick day from work today, starting the day out thinking that I had strep throat. After a morning visit to the doctor's office and a strep test it turns out that I don't. Last week's stay at home vacation seemed to be just what I needed - lots of down time. The weather decided to cooperate on most days, but not all. The last day of the vacation Michael and I decided to drive up to Paradise on Mount Rainier, but the only thing you could see was fog. Lots and lots of fog.
