Agreed. Almost. No everyone doesn't care but the majority of people do not or just aren't sure where to look.

I agree completely. Now I dont know why India refused everyone elses help but I'm going to flatter this post and say it's because they realized the world is hypocrites.... AND F*** the UN for getting snotty with the USA about giving money.
