Here it is the end of March and I'm thinking a whole day in advance of what I'll put on the bulletin board for April. National Poetry Month is promising. I'll just get some poems and drawings and photos of children's poets. My favorite from my own childhood: Shel Silverstein. In the midst of checking out his really neat website, I discover that

I have a cassette tape of that I think. If I find it I'll try to remember to bring it with me next time I come over.

Yeah, cassette tape is great. Can't play it. There's been a CD re-release of it too. But the best part is that this is on a record, that spins slow enough to watch the man chase his beard round and round in circles. I want it just so I can figure out some way to mount a turntable on the wall and keep the record on there for vintage kinetic wall art from my favoritest childhood memories.
