Do you think you will still be working there until FC? If you're not working there - we probably won't drive to that store anymore... half the reason we do is to see you and say hi =)
Lets just say that I have been tracking what you are dealing with in more than one way, and on several levels. Let me say that this is totaly Crap. This is not the time for any store to alienate the market they are in (Like artists) or thier experienced workers.... WTF does she (the district manager) think she is going to do with the Oregon store base? Write it off?
On your side on this one. Keep it in mind.

It's okay if everybody who's worked there for the last 3-10 years leaves. They were obviously not worth it. Good think we kept the new manager who's been there for a whole 4 months! She's GREAT!
Okay, I seriously think it's time you go higher up the food chain. I'm not kidding. I wouldn't go so far as to unleash the fucking fury, but you gotta do something about her and NOW. If the district manager is being a total dumbass, go higher.

You're one of several people that are 'my customers'. I don't want to give those people up. I feel duty bound to make sure they get what they need.
