hanging upside down is such a valuable tool for eliminating the stress of sitting down so much. especially helpful to this cause, using a set of yoga ropes harnesses the hip and allows for inner thigh opening as well.

I feel amazingly more connected to the ground after this particular experience.

Anyway, no drug, not even alcohol, causes the fundamental ills of society. If we're looking for the source of our troubles, we shouldn't test people for drugs, we should test them for stupidity, ignorance, greed and love of power.

so I haven't been out on many motorcycle rides lately. I kinda feel wrong about it. I'm not going anywhere, I'm going around generally in small loops north of the city. I have days off. midweekend is off to a smashing start. got up just now at 11 am. was reading for a bit, of course, but was feeling really body tired. been meaning to write things less depressing here... plenty of good things are happening, but just haven't bothered to put anything down.

is it really this bad? how did I manage to let go so well, fail to plan ahead and end up at home staring at the ceiling on a friday night? been feeling pretty detached, I go through this often enough - it is mostly my way of being. but did I go too far? direct correlation found between mental health and pain in belly. this is of course notable related to the sedatives rainer gave me. brain disconnected and belly feels fine.
